Individual Entry Fee: $175 / Team Entry Fee: $350 includes: 

• Guest / Cart Fees and Guaranteed Prizes of $6,000 for 1^st three places in each flight
• Complimentary Food and Beverages on the Course during play, provided by Giglio, Beaumont Coca-Cola, Culligan Water, Cheddar’s and Carrabba’s.
• Get the first Hole-in-one on Hole #11 and win a $10,000 prize from JK Chevrolet.
• Free Practice Round, courtesy of Brentwood Country Club during the week prior to the Tournament.  Try to get in before Friday.
• Friday Night- Luau Welcome Reception Holiday Inn Atrium. Dress: Casual/Hawaiian 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wear Badges.

• Saturday Night- Auction with Cocktails and Dinner Buffet. Dress: Casual  6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wear Badges.

• Sunday Awards Presentation at Brentwood 1:00pm 

Contestants may bring spouse or date to social functions (they MUST be registered). Additional guests will be charged $45.00 per person and badges must be obtained at the Hotel Sales office. Ladies events include:

There will be no rain dates. Should weather prohibit play, your entry fee will serve as a tax deductible donation to the Babe Didrikson Zaharias Foundation, but we would have social activities as scheduled. For additional information contact:
